The opening of the season begans with the implementation of the callback request in line service. While there are more than 5 calls in the queue, clients are encouraged to order a callback of the employee. Due to this the time of dialing into the Customer service was reduced. Later, we complemented the service. Now, to request a callback of our specialist a client can fill a special form with his phone number and name on the website.
Furthermore, we opened an additional phone number +375 17 388 03 23 for greater convenience of our customers. It has became easier and faster to reach us.

In early December 2016, we launched a new offer – DPD Consumer.
DPD Consumer is postal service for legal entities (mostly for online stores) with certain options and benefits. In the near future, DPD Consumer will be available for private individuals.

DPD in Belarus started to work with private clients
In October 2016, DPD in Belarus started to work in the B2C sphere in two Belarusian cities: Minsk and Brest.
The service of individuals was one of the most important tasks in the vector of our development. And finally, due to long and hard work of the company's employees, the result was achieved.
In the future, we intend to develop this direction throughout the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

New DPD in Belarus website
DPD in Belarus launched an updated website and thereby completed visual association with other companies of the DPD Group in early April 2016.
Now the website is more attractive, easier and more intuitive for customers. It is very important for building strong partner relationships. And this is exactly what we strive for every day!
Closer connection
Realizing our mission to become the first and main helper for the customers, DPD in Belarus continues to open new Pickups in all regional cities of Belarus. There three Pickups were opened in August 2015 on the territory of Belarus.
Also Pickups in Brest and Vitebsk were opened on 17 and 24 August respectively. In addition, because of increased customer interest in the current Pickup in Minsk, we decisided to open on 26 August another one in the city.
The autumn season has started productively as well. The first Pickups in Gomel and Grodno were opened In September. And in early October of their first customers took the point of issuing orders in Mogilev.
The third Pickup was opened in Minsk on 3 March 2016. Later, the fourth was opened as well.
And recently, the list of Pickups replenished Baranovichi, Borisov and Molodechno.
Now the customers of DPD in Belarus can pick up their orders at any of the regional centers of the country and at a convenient time for them.
Expansion of the network of Pickups is one of the most important steps towards realizing the goals of the team DPD. Increase 'touch points' with customers contributes to a better understanding of the needs of the market, and hence to improve services and maintenance.

DPD in Belarus continues to develop itself and to please its customers by launching new services that will meet better their needs.
In late January 2016, the company launched DPD Classic Parcel service in the Republic of Belarus. And after a couple of weeks, customers were able to use that service for shipping to the countries of the Customs Union – Russia and Kazakhstan.

DPD in Belarus has launched an automated line
DPD in Belarus was the first among the Belarusian express delivery companies to launch a new automated line for handling small-sized cargo. The new line allows processing of more than 1000 shipments per hour! This speeds up greatly the process of the cargo shipping, reducing processing time.

On December 1, 2014, DPD in Belarus opened the first Pickup parcelshop. The opening took place within the framework of cooperation with Mary Kay in Belarus.

In September 2014 a new option will be available for customers of DPD in Belarus - 'Delivery on the agreed date'. This option allows you to send a shipment with delivery on a specific day, agreed depending on the level of DPD service provided with the client/recipient of the shipment.
